Sanctuary Sessions are slow, intuitive, trauma-informed bodywork experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and deep rest.

Each session is guided by listening—to your body, your breath, and what’s present—rather than following a preset routine.

There is nothing to prepare and nothing to perform.
You are welcome exactly as you are.

What to Expect

Sessions are personalized and may include a blend of intentional massage, craniosacral-style stillness, breath awareness, and gentle nervous-system support.

Pressure, pacing, and focus are always responsive to you. This work is not rushed, forced, or goal-oriented—it’s designed to help your system settle, soften, and reorganize naturally.

If you’re new, it’s completely okay not to know what you “need.”
We’ll listen together.

Choosing Your Session Length

75 minutes — Supportive Reset
Ideal for regular care, focused work, or gentle regulation.

90 minutes — Deeper Settling
Allows more time for the nervous system to soften and integrate.

120 minutes — Full Immersion
Best for complex stress, emotional processing, or when your system needs unhurried space.
